My stay at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik was a mix of highs and lows. The hotel is beautifully located with stunning sea views and offers an very nice breakfast selection, but I found some aspects overpriced and the atmosphere a bit quiet for my taste. Overall, it has great facilities, but it could benefit from better management of guest behavior and prices.
